No Returns on Used Products
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any product that has been opened or used.
If You Received the Wrong Item
If we accidentally sent the wrong soap type or product:
- We would like you to keep the item and gift it to a friend or family member—we’ll still issue you store credit for the correct item or ship you out the correct item.
Refunds & Credits

All order issues will be resolved with online store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase.
Damaged in Transit?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right—either with store credit or a replacement.
Due to being a small batch production company sending returns back does not make economical sense.
